David Conley began practicing law in 1983 with a large, regional law firm where he practiced general business and securities law. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1984 and began working on commercial disputes in 1987. Mr. Conley is experienced in commercial litigation including multi-party construction cases and litigation for the Resolution Trust Corporation during the early 1990’s. After working for two regional law firms, Mr. Conley opened his own practice in late 1994. He continues to practice in a wide range of commercial business matters but focuses on general business transactions and disputes, real estate transactions and construction matters.
